Go for comfy and warm. Bring a jumper and wear some socks. As we will be using some facial oil, I recommend coming fresh faced and don’t worry about washing your hair before the class either!

An eye mask if you’d like to wear one for the Yoga Nidra. An extra blanket from home to snuggle into (one blanket will be provided). A water bottle.

This class is intended just for mamas, I completely understand though that you may need to leave the class if your baby needs you and you are welcome to sneak out whenever you need to.
