You’ve been back at work for a few months now, and your kid has picked up every nursery bug going — and you always catch it too. Coughs, sick bugs, sore throats, weird rashes — one thing after another. You haven’t felt properly well in months.

You’re up through the night with a baby or toddler who won’t settle unless they’re glued to your chest like a baby koala. Then you drag yourself through the day — doing drop-offs, juggling work, making meals, staying calm during meltdowns — all while your back hurts, your skin flares up, your gut feels off, and your nervous system is screaming for a break.

You feel puffy, frayed at the edges. Your clothes don’t fit like they used to. You’re clenching your jaw. Living on coffee and cereal bars. Trying to be a “present” mum when you’re running on empty.

You try to rest, but the little ones don’t go to bed. You get a moment to yourself and scroll because your brain is too fried to do anything else. You’re trying to parent gently while breaking generational cycles — but it’s so much emotional labour, and no one’s holding you.

You’re holding everyone.

This isn’t just “modern motherhood.” This is maternal burnout.

And no — it’s not fixed with more iron tablets, another GP appointment, or being told to “take more time for yourself” (when you haven’t peed alone in three years).

The Rooted Mama Method is a four session, in person 1:1 programme over 3 months. Each session is 90 minutes and includes a blend of kinesiology, emotional integration, nervous system reset tools, nutrition, and coaching.

  • We map your cycle and hormonal patterns, exploring PMS, postpartum depletion, mood swings, and overwhelm. Using kinesiology and nutrition, we bring your body back into balance and give you simple, tailored tools to support your energy and mood.

  • We address your gut health and immune system — often under strain after chronic stress or postnatal depletion. Through kinesiology, we identify what’s driving inflammation, bloating, or flare-ups, and support your body to reset and restore its natural strength.

  • This session offers space to gently process the emotional residue of birth and the early postnatal experience — not through talking therapy, but through body-based release. It’s for the parts of you still holding stress, confusion, or grief you haven’t had time to name.

  • Our final session is focused on moving forward. We explore where you’re still feeling stuck and what you want for your future — not just as a mother, but as a woman. This trauma-informed life coaching session helps you name what’s next and feel clear, supported, and empowered.

Why I created this

After my daughter was born, I fell into a deep spiral of exhaustion, anxiety, and confusing physical symptoms that no one could explain. I craved support that looked at the whole me — not just “have you tried magnesium?” or “go to bed earlier.”

Through kinesiology, emotional integration, and coaching, I’ve found a way to support mothers in a way that’s truly transformative.
