Your body’s still recovering, your hormones are all over the place, and no one really warned you it would feel this relentless.
You’re up through the night with a baby who only sleeps on you, or a toddler who takes forever to go to bed and climbs in with you in the middle of the night.
The nights are broken. The mornings start too early. And the days are a blur of feeding, changing, soothing, entertaining, cleaning, repeating.
Or maybe you’ve gone back to work, and nursery bugs have taken up permanent residence in your home — every cough, rash, or sickness finds its way to you, too.
You haven’t felt properly well in months. Your immune system is fried. So is your nervous system.
You’re dragging yourself through the day — doing drop-offs, replying to emails, trying to stay calm during meltdowns — all while your back aches, your skin flares up, your gut feels off, and you’re running on caffeine and crumbs.

The Rooted Mama Method is a four session, in person 1:1 programme over 3 months. Each session is 90 minutes and includes a blend of kinesiology, emotional integration, nervous system reset tools, nutrition, and coaching.

We map your cycle and hormonal patterns, exploring PMS, postpartum depletion, mood swings, and overwhelm. Using kinesiology and nutrition, we bring your body back into balance and give you simple, tailored tools to support your energy and mood.

We address your gut health and immune system — often under strain after chronic stress or postnatal depletion. Through kinesiology, we identify what’s driving inflammation, bloating, or flare-ups, and support your body to reset and restore its natural strength.

This session offers space to gently process the emotional residue of birth and the early postnatal experience — not through talking therapy, but through body-based release. It’s for the parts of you still holding stress, confusion, or grief you haven’t had time to name.

Our final session is focused on moving forward. We explore where you’re still feeling stuck and what you want for your future — not just as a mother, but as a woman. This trauma-informed life coaching session helps you name what’s next and feel clear, supported, and empowered.
Why I created this
After my daughter was born, I fell into a deep spiral of exhaustion, anxiety, and confusing physical symptoms that no one could explain. I craved support that looked at the whole me — not just “have you tried magnesium?” or “go to bed earlier.”
Through kinesiology, emotional integration, and coaching, I’ve found a way to support mothers in a way that’s truly transformative.
