Meet your host,
Laura
I’m Laura, founder of Mama Nurtured. I’m passionate about supporting mums and their families. My work brings together holistic health, doula care, nutrition, bodywork, natural remedies and years of supporting women through the postnatal years - alongside my own experience of motherhood with two little ones.
I’m a big believer in keeping things simple: knowing what you can easily do at home, having a few trusted remedies up your sleeve. I can’t wait to gather around the table for an afternoon of learning, making, eating, chatting, laughing and a little bit of autumnal magic.
