REST is a 90 minute class for mums that focuses on prioritising restorative rest. The class incorporates facial massage, acupressure and lymphatic massage to help get you into a relaxed and peaceful place. A conversation on nutritional support for better sleep. Ending with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra session - the equivalent to two hours of sleep!
Rest is probably the most important part of postnatal recovery. When a woman has grown and birthed a baby, she should get a chance to rest and recover from the process. We all know how exhausting parenthood can be and postnatal fatigue is the most common problem that a woman faces as she adapts to motherhood. Let this be your permission to take some time truly for yourself, to rest, recover and restore.
This class introduces you to some of the key things you can do at home to initiate rest - getting the right nutrition, techniques to help you relax, and time to focus on you.
This is for any sleep deprived mums who want to find their calm.
Please bring a cosy blanket from home and an eye mask if you’d like.
