A gentle, restorative workshop designed to support your nervous system, soften stress, and help you come home to your body. Join me for this transformative 90-minute escape, crafted with love, care and your calm at its core.
Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or somewhere in the wild middle of motherhood—this is your space to exhale, rest, and be held.
What to Expect: In this immersive experience, I'll guide you through a unique blend of therapeutic practices aimed at releasing tension, reconnecting with your body and allowing you to deeply rest.
Somatic Movement: Gentle movement to land in your body and soften tension.
Facial Massage & Acupressure: We’ll delicately massage away your stress, helping you find a state of calm, promoting balance within.
Emotional Stress Release Techniques: Equip yourself with effective techniques to navigate the challenging moments.
Lymphatic Massage: Feel the flow as I guide you through lymphatic massage techniques, a practice known for its detoxifying benefits. Release the built-up tension and allow your body to reset.
Restorative Yoga Nidra: Our journey culminates in a blissful state with 30 minutes of guided deep rest. Immerse yourself in relaxation as you connect with your inner self, cultivating a sense of stillness that resonates long after our session concludes. 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is in fact the equivalent of two hours sleep!
Why REST? I created REST as a response to the overwhelm I see so many women carrying - especially in motherhood. You don’t need to earn your rest, you’re already worthy of it.
REST is more than a workshop; it's a sanctuary crafted exclusively for women seeking solace from the demands of daily life. My mission is to provide you with a space to unwind, rejuvenate your body, and nurture your inner stillness.

Go for comfy and warm. Bring a jumper and wear some socks. As we will be using some facial oil, I recommend coming fresh faced and don’t worry about washing your hair before the class either!

An eye mask if you’d like to wear one for the Yoga Nidra. An extra blanket from home to snuggle into (one blanket will be provided). A water bottle.

This class is intended just for mamas, I completely understand though that you may need to leave the class if your baby needs you and you are welcome to pop out whenever you need to.
