Hi, I’m Laura. A postnatal wellbeing expert and Postnatal doula.

I’m a mum to my wild-spirited daughter, Sienna, and my journey through motherhood has been full of both wonderful highs and uncountable challenging moments. Like many mothers, I’ve navigated the ups and downs of pregnancy, miscarriage, birth, and postnatal life. It’s through these experiences that I’ve come to deeply understand the importance of caring for yourself – physically, emotionally, nutritionally, and energetically – during the transformative journey of motherhood.

What I Offer

I blend postnatal doula care, kinesiology, and holistic healing to help mums recover, release emotional blocks, and restore their vitality.

Through my treatments, I gently uncover the root causes of physical and emotional symptoms – from fatigue and anxiety to birth trauma and grief – and provide natural, nurturing solutions that honour the unique experience of each mother I work with.

Whether you are navigating sleepless nights, recovering from birth, or healing after miscarriage, my treatments are designed to:

My Approach – Healing for Both Mum & Baby

I believe that when mothers heal, families thrive. Alongside my work with mothers, I also offer treatments for infants and toddlers, addressing common concerns like eczema, colic, constipation, and sleep disturbances. I use gentle techniques to bring comfort and relief to little ones, giving mums peace of mind and helping the whole family feel more at ease.

My Postnatal Doula Services provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and practical guidance during the early stages of motherhood. Whether you need help with newborn care, breastfeeding, or simply someone to listen and offer reassurance, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My aim is to help you feel confident, nurtured, and supported, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and embracing this beautiful time.

  • Navigating the postnatal period can be challenging, and every mother’s journey is unique. My Postnatal Healing & Recovery Treatments focus on restoring balance, healing physical discomfort, and addressing the emotional shifts that accompany motherhood. Using kinesiology and holistic techniques, I help you release emotional blocks, restore energy, and gently support your body’s recovery so you can feel more grounded, nourished, and empowered.

  • A Mother Blessing Ceremony is a powerful ritual designed to celebrate and honour the transformative journey of motherhood. Whether you’re expecting or navigating another phase of motherhood, these ceremonies provide an opportunity to connect with your inner strength and receive support from a circle of women. I create personalised ceremonies that bring together affirmations, nurturing rituals, and heartfelt blessings, offering you a moment of reflection, love, and empowerment.

  • Being part of a supportive community is essential during pregnancy and motherhood. My Mama & Pregnancy Circles provide a safe, nurturing space every month for women to connect, share their experiences, and receive guidance. These circles focus on emotional well-being, stress relief, and the empowerment of every stage of motherhood. Whether you’re expecting or already a mother, these gatherings provide an opportunity to be supported, heard, and uplifted.

  • Infants often face their own set of challenges, and as a mother, it’s heart-wrenching to watch your baby struggle. My Infant Wellness Sessions focus on gentle, non-invasive treatments to support your baby’s health. Whether dealing with colic, eczema, or digestive discomfort, I use a combination of kinesiology, massage, and energy work to help restore balance and comfort, allowing your little one to feel more at ease while offering peace of mind to you.

  • I’m here to provide a non-judgemental space so you can share how you’re feeling after having a baby.

  • I’ll help you navigate the ‘Is this normal?’ questions and guide you to trust your motherly instincts.

  • I will support you through the sleep deprivation, share info on biologically normal infant sleep and prioritise your need for rest.

  • I’ll be here to hold your hand through your physical recovery, nourish your body, balance your hormones and bring back your energy.

  • I’ll help you explore your new identity as a mum when you may feel like you’ve lost yourself.

  • I’ll provide you with essential ‘me time’ when it might all feel like too much (and you just need to wash your hair!).

  • I will be your shelter from all the conflicting advice, instead offering support and assisting you in trusting your parenting choices.

  • I shall be your biggest advocate, getting you the postnatal care you deserve.

  • I can support you through your feeding journey, to get to where you want to be with it.

  • I’ll allow you the space to enjoy being in the moment with your baby, taking away the worry of everything else that needs doing.

  • I can be your company on days you might feel lonely and wrap my arms around you letting you know it will all be okay.

  • I will be next to you as you transition into motherhood and by your side as you flourish as a new mum.
